Your consent is not a condition of any purchase, waitlist enrollment, or service. Standard message and data rates may apply.

b) Message Types

SMS messages from Fizzii may include: waitlist status updates, product launch notifications, founding member announcements, and transactional confirmations. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages.

c) Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on product activity and launch milestones.

d) Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may also contact us at hello@drinkfizzii.com to request removal.

e) Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@drinkfizzii.com. We will respond within 1 business day.

f) No Sharing of Opt-In Data

Mobile opt-in data and consent records — including mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications — will NOT be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party for their own marketing purposes. This data is used exclusively for Fizzii communications and is not disclosed to affiliates, partners, or data brokers for marketing use.

g) Supported Carriers

Fizzii SMS services are available through major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. Fizzii is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

a) Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Analytics data: retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form indefinitely
